Valerie Kent Yoga Teacher
Valerie Kent is a certified Hatha, Core Strength Vinyasa, Yin and Pre-Natal Yoga Teacher. She offers a complete mind and body fitness experience. Strong vinyasa sequences, mindful breathing, calming yin stretches and simple meditation techniques create space and ease on and off the mat. As a lawyer who has transitioned into full time teaching, she am acutely aware of the toll that a hectic lifestyle can have on the body and mind. Her teaching is accessible and adapted to real life, all the while strongly rooted in yogic tradition.
