The Feldenkrais Method is a somatic movement method that serves to heighten the student’s awareness of healthy movement within the body. The method was created by Moshe Feldenkrais and was based upon his experience in the fields of physics, engineering and Judo. We build up unhealthy movement patterns during our lives, due to trauma, repetitive work or exercise and Feldenkrais gently retrains the body to move with more ease and fluidity.
